To know the weak& strong points of its service network and to maintain good relations with customers through inspection and to investigate their complaints and evaluate the service of its staff, The Islamic Republic of Iran Post Company has begun to establish an office for inspection and protection of customers. This office follows the following duties in three fields of inspection, customer protection and evaluation of the staff:
1-The inspection Group
-Receive complaints and carrying out necessary investigations to determine their exactness.
-Determine the strong& weak points and offer necessary suggestions.
-Provide appropriate answers for complainants.
2- Protecting the customer group
-Carry out irregularities on the reasons of delay of postal mails and probable.
-Carry out necessary investigations regarding postal irregularities and provide necessary reports.
-Carry out necessary follow-ups in regard to determining the exact indemnities to attract customers with coordination of relevant units.
3-The Evaluation Group
gather the names of outstanding staff and provide necessary reports based on relevant regulations and instructions.
-Collect information about the staff for whom, their evaluation results are considered as weak and provide necessary reports.
-Measures investigating the complaints and provide necessary reports.
