Full Implementation of the Law on Citizenship Rights and citizen’s satisfaction are priorities of the National Post Company

According a report by public relations bureau of the post company, Mr. Nemati, Deputy Minister of communications, chairman of the Board and CEO of the National Post Company of Iran stated since its establishment to date ,post has always been more prominent in providing services to the organization from other aspects and providing satisfaction and meeting the demands and needs of the people. Priority is given to the planning of managers, officials and all members of the network.

He pointed out that the launch of a telephone call for voice and a 140-voice phone, an electronic and physical survey, and a complaints and filing system have been part of a customer-oriented post-election campaign over a decade since the year 1395 following the announcement of a civil rights law in the system The administration of the elimination of discrimination and the creation of an accountable and efficient administrative system; all post-client-oriented measures were codified and integrated into the framework of this law.

According to Article 26 of this law, the right to freedom of expression of the citizen in making comments, as well as information about the services, the establishment of feedback boxes, and the appointment of partners and contractors for direct contact with managers, as well as the strengthening of systems (communication with the CEO and the handling of eop complaints) was put on the agenda.

The deputy minister added: "Continuous update of the portal for the introduction of services and posting of postal mail, as well as the provision of electronic services online to customers (such as personal stamp service and card posting, buying and selling the Internet, etc.), the operations are carried out as Electronic (such as the Integerated Acceptance software (IAS) in the counters, the design of a web-based version of the irregularity software, , an integrated exchange software) were among the actions taken in line with the Article 30 of the Law on Citizenship Rights in the administrative system.

Referring to the fact that the law provides citizens with the right to access personal information collected by service providers in Article 31, he added: "Updating and standardizing the country's addresses, as well as creating an electronic portal Public services and relationships with other government agencies are among the steps that the post has done in this regard.

According to Mr. Nemati, paragraph 34 of this law is the right of the people to enjoy the benefits of e-government and e-commerce, training opportunities, and empowering users in a non-discriminatory manner, thus improving existing systems and creating new e-services, The creation of a stamp service (estamp), the development of the Gateway Electronic Commerce Management System (ETA), and the development of the e-bazar services.

Engineer Nemati stated that the Law on Citizen Rights also protects the right of citizens to create a transparent and fair competitive environment and referred to it in Article 71, in this framework, the provision of the presence of the operators is provided, and some postal operations, in particular, Dealers have been outsourced to the private sector.

He added that the development of stamp publishing with national, religious and environmental styles, as well as the expansion of the personal stamp service and its transfer to the nongovernmental sector, will be carried out in order to implement Article 100 of the Act on the freedom of engagement of activists in the artistic arena.

The vice minister continued: Implementing the green postal project, replacing electric vehicles, investing and building the infrastructure needed to replace new and renewable energy in post buildings, replacing cartons and packets, and recycling mail services in the service, operational solutions The post is on the agenda for the implementation of Article 113, which recognizes the enjoyment of a healthy environment for every citizen.

He also emphasized that the provision of services to people using modern technology is under review, and this can also be effective in discussing the provision of information in a transparent manner.
